      <description>Status: Hourly, Part-Time Reports to: Retail Sales Managers&lt;br/&gt;BASIC DESCRIPTION:&lt;br/&gt;A HappyMac Sales Specialist is the first person a customer encounters when entering our stores. They exemplify our attention to excellence in customer service and communication skills. Sales Specialists strive to inspire our guests and provide the instruction necessary for the customer to get the most out of their investment. A Specialist is not simply a salesperson, they are a resource for the people in the community to better understand how Apple products can enhance their lives. Our primary focus wraps around technology based on Apple products. All talents are encouraged to apply for this position. Analytical or creative, tech savvy or insightful, there may be a place for you in our team. Our staff works with a large variety of customers and ensures that they get the technology products they need.&lt;br/&gt;QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:&lt;br/&gt;A fierce commitment to customer service, knowledge of and passion for Apple products, an understanding of the digital lifestyle, and keen attention to detail.&lt;br/&gt;Must be friendly and have great communication and strong writing skills.&lt;br/&gt;Saturday/Sunday, evening availability and a flexible schedule are necessary. &lt;br/&gt;Previous retail experience or customer service training is encouraged.&lt;br/&gt;Apple, Macintosh, and iOS knowledge is a plus. Our primary focus wraps around technology based on Apple products. Our staff works with a large variety of customers and ensures that they get the technology products they need.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:&lt;br/&gt;3 to 5 years Retail Experience.&lt;br/&gt;3 to 5 years Business to Business sales and support experience.&lt;br/&gt;A fierce commitment to customer service, knowledge of and passion for Apple products, and how they relate to small and medium businesses, and keen attention to detail.&lt;br/&gt;Must be friendly and have great communication and strong writing skills.&lt;br/&gt;The ability to communicate in a variety of arenas including one on one, small groups, and large group settings.&lt;br/&gt;The ability to motivate and inspire a team to follow your lead in order to achieve desired results.&lt;br/&gt;Apple, Macintosh, and iOS knowledge is a plus.
